| 1、高粘度沥青保温泵配有冷却水的机械密封装置，在开机前应先开冷却水，后开泵，并经常观察冷却水是否正常，严禁无冷却水运转时运行。 1. The high viscosity asphalt insulation pump is equipped with a mechanical sealing device for cooling water. It is strictly prohibited to operate without cooling water. 2、高粘度保温沥青泵安装后应做到每月清洗过滤器、过滤网，避免阻塞，导致泵不能正常运行。尽量避免使用Y型管道过滤器，因为Y型管道过滤器有效面积过小，影响进料介质流速，导致泵产生振动。 2.
