| 1、高粘度沥青保温泵配有冷却水的机械密封装置，在开机前应先开冷却水，后开泵，并经常观察冷却水是否正常，严禁无冷却水运转时运行。 1. High viscosity asphalt heat preservation pump is equipped with mechanical sealing device of cooling water. Before starting, the cooling water should be boiled first and then the pump should be started. It is often observed whether the cooling water is normal or not. It is strictly forbidden to run without cooling water. 2、高粘度保温沥青泵安装后应做到每月清洗过滤器、过滤网，避免阻塞，导致泵不能正常运行。尽量避免使用Y型管道过滤器，因为Y型管道过滤器有效面积过小，影响进料介质流速，导致泵产生振动。 2. After installation of high-viscosity thermal insulation asphalt pump, filters and filters should be cleaned monthly to avoid blockage, resulting in the normal operation of the pump. Avoid using Y-type pipeline filter as far as possible, because the effective area of Y-type pipeline filter is too small, which affects the flow rate of the material medium and causes the vibration of the pump. 3、高粘度沥青保温泵对凝固性高粘度介质的输送，停泵前应将泵内介质稀释，防止高粘度介质残留泵内凝固，如有必要请使用清洗液，经由泵循环清洗5-10分钟。 3. High viscous asphalt insulation pump should dilute the medium in the pump before stopping the pump to prevent the solidification of the residual high viscous medium in the pump. If necessary, use the cleaning liquid and wash it through the pump for 5-10 minutes. 4、我们常用的高粘度沥青保温泵在选型、订购时一定要在选型和工况范围内使用，尽可能避免在超出限制条件的工况中运行。 4. When choosing and ordering high-viscosity asphalt insulation pumps, we must use them in the scope of selection and working conditions, so as to avoid running in conditions beyond the limit conditions as far as possible. 5、高粘度沥青保温泵工作时物料粘度、流量、压力增大变化容易引起电机超负荷，应经常检查压力表、阀、过电流保护装置是否正常。 5. When high-viscosity asphalt insulation pump works, the increase of material viscosity, flow rate and pressure will easily lead to motor overload. The pressure gauge, valve and overcurrent protection device should be checked regularly. |
