阻热材料选择
首先,阻热材料,从表观上来说一般应为粘稠液体或粉末状物质,可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆于沥青路面,干燥后能形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。材料应有3大组成部分组成:主要成膜物质、次要成膜物质和辅助成膜物质。

(1)主要成膜物质:它包含油脂和树脂,是决定涂膜性能的主要因素,可以单独成膜,也可以粘结颜料等成膜物质,又称基料,主要有丙烯酸树脂、有机硅改性聚酯树脂、醇酸树脂、有机硅改性醇酸树脂、含氟树脂、石油树脂、环氧树脂、环氧酷、氯化橡胶、聚乙烯聚丙烯树脂、聚氨酯树脂等。

(2)次要成膜物质:它包含颜料、填料、增韧剂;次要成膜物质主要有颜料、填料、增韧剂组成。其中,颜料是次要成膜物质的主要成分,是阻热降温的关键物质。填料和增韧剂作为辅助改变颜料特性的物质,具有重要作用。次要成膜物质的选择主要是颜料的选择。

(3)辅助成膜物质:它包含各种溶剂和助剂。辅助成膜物质不能单独成膜,,只是对涂料形成涂膜的过程或涂膜性能起辅助作用。溶剂(或水)可以调节涂层的粘度及固体份含量。辅助成膜物质包含各种溶剂和助剂。阻热材料所用的是稀释剂,是基料和颜料的载体,为了便于喷洒施工加入的进行稀释的惰性物质。阻热材料和油漆的物理状态比较接近,是靠涂布喷洒施工到沥青路面,所以我们将阻热材料的溶剂称作稀释剂。

Heat-resisting materials use diluents, carriers of matrix and pigments, inert substances that are diluted to facilitate spraying. Thermal retardants and paints are in a similar physical state. They are sprayed onto asphalt pavement, so we call the solvent of thermal retardants diluents.
稀释剂是一种为了降低树脂粘度,改善其工艺性能而加入的与树脂混溶性良好的液体物质,阻热材料中的树脂需要加入稀释剂来降低它的粘度而便于进一步加工,这些稀释剂实际上都是比树脂便宜的有机溶剂,因此也起降低加工成本的致廉作用。
