硬质发泡聚氨酯可在多种屋面工程中使用。其使用的基层主要是混凝土现浇板或预制混凝土板及水泥砂浆找平层。有单独现场发泡的聚氨酯,既作为防水层,也作为保温层;有的作为其中一道防水层,同时又是保温层,与防水卷材或防水涂料复合;也有防水涂料、防水卷材、发泡聚氨酯3种材料共同复合形成防水保温层。坡屋面作法主要是在基层混凝土上发泡,再在其上挂瓦。这两种形式的屋面防水保温隔热效果都很不错,但由于硬质发泡聚氨酯耐紫外线辐射性能较差,施工使用时其上部必须设置保护层。平屋面工程中可与其他防水材料复合使用,将硬质发泡聚氨酪设置在防水层下部。从根本上解决平屋面保温隔热问题的方法是,在使用硬质发泡聚氨酯的屋面构造设计上采用结构找坡,尤其是现浇混凝土屋面。
Hard foamed polyurethane can be used in a variety of roof
engineering. The main use of the base is concrete cast-in-place board or
precast concrete plate and cement mortar leveling layer. A polyurethane
foam in place as a separate, waterproof layer, as well as the
insulation layer; some as one of the waterproof layer, and insulating
layer, and the composite waterproof coiled material or waterproof
coating; also has waterproof coating, waterproof materials, polyurethane
foam material 3 common form composite waterproof insulation layer. The
slope roof is mainly foamed on the base concrete, and then hangs on it.
The two forms of roofing waterproof and thermal insulation are very
good. However, because of the poor ultraviolet radiation resistance of
rigid polyurethane, the upper part of the rigid foam must be protected.
The flat roof can be used in combination with other waterproof
materials, and the hard foamed polyamine is set in the lower part of the
waterproof layer. The fundamental way to solve the problem of thermal
insulation of flat roof is to use structural slope finding, especially
cast-in-situ concrete roof, in the design of rigid foam polyurethane
roof structure.
