透水性沥青路面施工质量控制要点如下。
The main points of the quality control of the permeable asphalt pavement are as follows.
（1）成立以项目经理、技术总工程师为主要负责人的质量控制小组，统一管理，全面控制石料破碎、改性沥青制备，以及混合料的拌和、摊铺、碾压等每一道工序，严格控制施工温度。

（2）严格遵循《改性沥青路面施工技术规程》，严格遵守施工工艺，保证每道工艺的施工质量满足要求。

（3）严格按照技术规范进行抽样试验检测，复检合格后方可进入下一道工序，保证施工总体质量。

（4）每日施工前按照《公路路基路面现场测试规程》（JTG E60—2008）检测矿料级配、沥青含量、空隙率、压实度等，如实记录并反馈，确保路面满足《沥青路面施工及验收规范》（GB 50092—1996）要求。
